Important COVID-19 update

We understand that recent developments with COVID-19 may cause our customers some concerns. Please find some helpful guidance below. 

KEYPAD CUSTOMERS

Ways that you can top up your electricity supply
Click Energy offers the following top-up methods:

  • Online

  • Automated phone line: 0800 1 070 733

  • PayPoint (through any store with a PayPoint terminal). Find your nearest by using the PayPoint locator tool at consumer.paypoint.com 

If your local PayPoint store closes you can still top up via the other methods outlined above. 

Making sure your electricity supply remains unaffected:

  • Please remember we offer an online top up service if you cannot reach a shop.

  • Make a list of neighbours, friends and family who may be able to assist you topping up. 

  • If possible, consider topping up your meter with extra credit in case you need to self-isolate.

  • If your meter is outside, leave your meter box unlocked if it is safe to do, so someone else can top up your meter for you with your vend code.

BILLPAY CUSTOMERS

If you are a bill pay Click Energy customer you do not need to do anything. There will be no impact on your service and your account and billing will continue to operate as normal. 

*Important request to our DD customers*

We need your help. We would like to request that during the current COVID-19 situation, all of our DD customers switch to paperless billing. We need you to get in touch with us to complete this request. 

With paperless billing, you can access all of your account details anytime through our customer portal online whilst doing your bit to help reduce your carbon footprint. If you wish to revert back to paper bills once everything returns to normal, we are happy to accommodate.
