Here’s how we do it – at a glance:

Pay As You Go

  • Stay in control with a super-flexible tariff.
  • Top up online, over the phone using our automated system, or at any PayPoint outlet in Northern Ireland.
  • Don’t have a keypad meter? Just ask –we’ll provide one free.

Fixed Monthly Direct Debit

  • A payment, straight from your bank account every month, based on an estimate of what you might use in the coming months.
  • We’ll estimate your bills using your previous usage, but if you send us monthly meter readings, you’ll get a more accurate bill.

Fixed Monthly Non-Direct Debit

  • You can pay a set monthly amount by cheque, cash, bank transfer or debit-card payment. If you prefer this option, we’ll usually ask for a one-off security deposit.

Variable Monthly Direct Debit

  • A monthly payment, straight from your bank account, based on your actual consumption (calculated using a meter reading that you supply us each month).
  • We’ll send you a reminder each month to get readings and ensure the accuracy of your bills.
  • With this option, you pay us exactly for what you use each month, so your account balance will always be zero (after you have paid your latest bill).

Variable Monthly Non-Direct Debit

  • You can pay by cheque, cash or debit-card payment. If you prefer this option, we’ll usually ask for a one-off security deposit.
